What is VeinDraw™ ?


VeinDraw™ is a unique, electronic medical record and first software of its kind to interpret free-hand drawings and convert them into the digital data needed for clinical documentation, billing, procedure notes, letters of medical necessity, letters to referring doctors, business intelligence, and more. All you do is document the skin and ultrasound findings by drawing on the tablet and the majority of the work is done.

Will the tansition impair my practice's productivity?

No. With proper preparation and training, the practice will begin seeing patients only after everybody has become comfortable with the technology. This requires the implementation process to be staged carefully over a period of weeks. By contrast, most other EMR vendors have a two or three day implementation process that leaves the practice in a state of disarray from which many never recover.  We are committed to your success.

Will I have to change my workflow?

Perhaps. VeinDraw is designed to help you do what you are already doing more efficiently, but every EMR has structure that needs to be followed.  We are not in the business of telling physicians how to administer care. Rather, we work with you during the process to make sure you can see the benifits of the change and the capabilities of our product to suit your workflow. Most importantly, we help you re-design your workflow so that your patient encounters go quickly and smoothly.

 

Do you offer product support after the purchase?

Yes. We offer full support for the first year, which is included in the price of the software. After the first year, our product support can be extended annually through your maintenance fee.  Our support makes all the difference for practices learning to use and to maximize their experience with VeinDraw. When you call for assistance, you will receive help from a knowledgeable support person.


Our support personnel can remotely shadow your computer session, in order to respond to any questions you may have. We also can coordinate with your tech support partners and with your implementation specialist to make sure that all problems are addressed quickly and completely to your satisfaction.
